Sincotron Group is currently on an expansive era and looking for an additional Applications Engineer to further enhance our support towards our customers.

Sincotron is a reliable electronics supplier with secure long-term customer relationships. The company was founded back in 1969. Today we can offer our customers a wide selection of products varying from simple tools to entire manufacturing lines for the electronic manufacturing market.

We currently employ a staff of 22, operating in Finland, Sweden, Turkey and the Baltic states. We aim to offer our clients only products that perfectly fit their needs. With our excellent product training we ensure that our clients get the most use of our products. Our suppliers are all well renowned and carefully handpicked professionals in the field of electronics.
Our customers consist of the largest electronics producers in Scandinavia and Europe, for the consumer- as well as high-end professional electronic equipment.

As an Applications Engineer for Sincotron Group you will handle the day to day support towards our customers in the Nordic region. Installing, programming and performing customer based training and demos on mainly Automated Optical Inspection systems (AOI), manufactured by Orbotech and Automated Electrical Test equipment, manufactured by SPEA.
Your role in the company is significant as the main contact for our customers with regards of support. You will communicate and provide application and process support as well as breakdown service if needed. Also you will assist sales in technical matters as well as continuously enhance customer relations. You will receive a complete training package at our suppliers training facilities located in Germany, Belgium, Estonia and Finland.
The position involves international travelling, about 80-100 overnight stays/year, mainly in our “home” territory, but may also include travelling in Asia and Americas.
You should be reliable, customer-friendly, flexible, and open to changes as well as a good team player.

We are currently looking for a candidate that meets the following criteria:
- Experience in electronics manufacturing and testing
- Electrical, pneumatic and mechanical skills, preferably with a bachelor degree
- Good computer knowledge, Outlook, Office, Windows and Networking
- Flexible and open to changes
- Fluent in English, written as well as spoken
- Team player
- Quality-consciousness
- Knowledge in Swedish is a bonus but not a requirement
- Drivers license required
